Africa-Blessings owns and operates this website. By using the website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Africa-Blessings reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review and accept the most recent terms each time you access the site.
Ordering Process
Upon order confirmation, Africa-Blessings will send an order acknowledgment email. The order is considered accepted only when Africa-Blessings dispatches your video and sends a confirmation email. Africa-Blessings may decline your order for various reasons, including creator unavailability, pricing errors, or inaccuracies in the description. If your order cannot be accepted, Africa-Blessings will inform you of the reason. Note that all video vouchers come with an expiration date.
Description and Pricing of Goods/Services
The description and pricing of services are displayed on the Africa-Blessings website at the time of order placement. If Africa-Blessings cannot fulfill your order within 2 (two) days, the contract may be terminated, and a full refund or account credit will be provided. If partial fulfillment is possible, Africa-Blessings will contact you to amend or cancel the order. Although Africa-Blessings strives for accurate descriptions and pricing, any errors that occur will be communicated, and if there is no response within 14 days, the order may be canceled or partially fulfilled. Promotional products may not be eligible for additional discounts.
Delivery
Videos are delivered via email (or WhatsApp) to the address provided during the ordering process. Africa-Blessings endeavours to deliver orders within 0–2 days, though delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed. Within 24 hours delivery are available for select products but are subject to factors such as weather. In cases where same-day delivery is not possible, Africa-Blessings will refund the difference to the next available delivery tariff. You will be notified if delivery cannot be fulfilled. Payment
Immediate payment is required upon checkout; however, this does not confirm acceptance of the order. Multiple payment methods are available during the checkout process. Orders cannot be delivered until funds have been received and cleared.
Risk and Ownership
Risk for the services transfers to the customer upon delivery. Ownership passes only after Africa-Blessings receives full payment.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Africa-Blessings guarantees that the videos provided will be free of defects for 60 days following delivery. Any issues must be reported within this period.
Data Protection
Africa-Blessings adheres to the Data Protection Act 1998 to ensure the security of your information. However, Africa-Blessings is not liable for unauthorized access to user information.
Images/Video Accuracy
While efforts are made to keep website visuals current, the images/videos shown may differ slightly from the final product, and Africa-Blessings cannot be held liable for such discrepancies.
Copyright
Content/material on this website may not be copied, modified, published, sold, broadcasted, distributed, altered, or transferred without permission. Users may download, print, or copy content/material for personal, non-commercial use only.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our services, orders cannot be canceled once the recording process has begun.
Refunds, Returns, and Issues
If your personalized video contains an error, please contact us for prompt resolution. Videos that meet the original order specifications cannot be refunded or reshot. Note that pronunciation issues may occur as our team is not fluent in all languages. Refunds or compensations will not be provided for reasons such as:
- Video Length: Videos range from 30 to 90 seconds, and considerable effort is put into their creation.
- Dance Performance: Adjustments based on subjective dissatisfaction with the dancing will not be compensated.
Intellectual Property Rights
You retain full rights to any images provided, but by submitting them, you grant Africa-Blessings a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use them solely for video production purposes. Africa-Blessings retains full rights to the created videos, and reproduction or distribution without explicit consent is prohibited.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms, and the provision of goods and services, are governed by English law. The English courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
