Due to the nature of our product being a digital and virtual item, we do not offer refunds once a video has been completed. However, in the event of dissatisfaction, we provide the following options: 1. Actor/dancer-Related Issues: If issues arise due to actor performance—such as incorrect reading of the script, failure to use the specified music or song (e.g., birthday or Christmas song), or omission of requested actions (e.g., kissing the photo)—these are classified as actor/dancer-related errors. In such cases, we are pleased to offer a complimentary reshoot. Please contact our customer support (support@africa-blessings.com) within 3 days of receiving the video, and we will make the necessary adjustments or create a new video according to your expectations. Revisions are based on your feedback for reasonable modifications. Note that the redo service is non-transferable and non-refundable. 2. Customer-Specific Issues: If you are personally dissatisfied with the completed video and wish to modify elements of your order (e.g., changing the team, music, or text), we offer an after-sales service at half the original price. Since each video is created per the details provided at the time of the order and involves costs for the actors, changing aspects post-completion will incur partial fees. Our website will cover half of the reshoot cost, allowing you to receive a new video at 50% of the original price. To access this service, please contact customer support (support@africa-blessings.com) within 3 days of receiving your video. This half-price reshoot option is available once per order.
